Our Programmes

All of our programmes are fully customised. We collaborate closely with headteachers, arts leads, SEND coordinators, class teachers, and support staff to ensure our offerings are tailored to meet the specific needs of both the participants and the setting.

Creative Days

Our Creative Days are tailored to the unique needs of both participants and the setting. Led by skilled artist educators and facilitators, these immersive experiences inspire creativity and collaboration.

Key Components:

Consultation: An initial discussion to align on specific goals and objectives, ensuring the day supports your broader aims (e.g., SIDP alignment).

Community of Enquiry: A 'Philosophy for Children' style discussion focused on a central theme relevant to the group, fostering critical thinking and dialogue.

Think, Talk, Make: A hands-on exploration of artistic activities, introducing a range of materials, techniques, and processes to stimulate creative thinking and expression.

Co-design & Co-create: Participants work together to design and produce a collective artwork (or series of artworks) for display within your setting.

Reflection: A group critique to celebrate the day's achievements, highlight skill development, and reflect on the creative journey.

Impact Evaluation: A concise report summarizing the outcomes and key insights of the day, designed to be shared with stakeholders.

' R was so excited to tell me about the creative day this evening which is MASSIVE for her as she doesn't usually tell us anything about school. She told us that Jen said she was a proper artist and now she wants to be one when she is older! We filmed her doing some more painting that same day and she said "I've got messy hands, I don't want to forget this day. I am a brilliant artist". '

Artist Residencies

Our Artist Residencies span either 6 or 12 weeks, during which an experienced artist (or a pair) will be carefully matched to your setting. They will lead a meaningful, collaborative project, allowing them to immerse themselves in the environment, connect with participants and staff, and fully understand the ethos of the space.

Key Components:

Consultation & Familiarisation: A thorough discussion to align on specific goals and aspirations. This includes time spent understanding the participants, staff, and setting's vision, mission, and key priorities (e.g., curriculum, SIDP).

Community of Enquiry: Weekly 'Philosophy for Children' style workshops centered around a core theme, tailored to the needs and interests of the participants.

Think, Talk, Make: Regular sessions exploring artistic activities designed to foster creative thinking and introduce diverse materials, techniques, and processes.

Co-design & Co-create: Collaborative creation of artwork by participants, resulting in a collective piece for display in your setting.

Reflection: Group critiques to celebrate progress, reflect on the project’s development, and identify skill growth and engagement.

Exhibition: A professionally curated and installed exhibition within your setting or a local venue, showcasing participants' work to parents, governors, and the wider community.

Impact Monitoring: Ongoing documentation through photography, videography, surveys, and focus groups to assess and track the project’s impact.

Impact Evaluation: A comprehensive report summarising the project’s outcomes, challenges, and successes, ready to be shared with stakeholders and, where appropriate, featured on your website or social media.
